Well Hello There

This is literally the first day of this blog and so what better occasion to state the idea behind the future posts...
Brasil Blogs is an attempt to let the world know what's going on in BraSil (that's right we spell it with an S) from a Brazilians Point of view. Well kind of Brazilian. I grew up in Rio de Janeiro until the age of 7. After which I was transported by my family to the U.S. where I spent tons of time getting myself into trouble and enjoying what the first world has to offer. After turning 21 I came back to BraSil and from there spent lots of time around Europe. Including 1 year in the Midlands, UK, and several months in Poland. Now however I am a Journalism as well as Advertising student at the Universidade Estácio de Sá in Rio.
My aim with these pages is to show the world what's going on inside Brazil, through the eyes of a Brazilian. I publish weekly articles (more like chronicles as we call them here Crónicas) on my blog http://tendenciacronica.blogspot.com, as well as on the university mural. Aside from this I present daily film criticism spots on a Online Radio site. (In portuguese).
